Jason joined Bonneville in April 2019, with responsibility for labor and employment, litigation, commercial, intellectual property, and other legal and regulatory matters.   Prior to joining Bonneville, Jason worked as in-house counsel for Pinnacle West Capital Corporation in Phoenix, after previously working as a management-side employment litigator at law firms Sidley Austin and Seyfarth Shaw in Chicago.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah (cum laude), and a Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law (magna cum laude), where he served as an Editor of the Boston University Law Review.  Following law school, Jason clerked for the Honorable Joseph L. Tauro, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.

Jason and his wife Nadia have four children.
