KOSI 101.1 and Stinker Stores Launch Teddy Bear Patrol
Jul 15, 2022
DENVER—KOSI 101.1 is teaming up with Stinker Stores to help Denver area kids in one of their times of greatest need.
Beginning Monday, July 17th, the KOSI Teddy Bear Patrol launches across the metro area. KOSI Radio will encourage listeners to donate a new teddy bear at any Stinker Store location around Denver. The teddy bears will then be given to first responders to comfort children involved in traumatizing situations. “What a great way of making a child feel comfort during a time of need. We are excited to join our generous listeners again to make a difference in our community,” said Katie Reid, Bonneville Denver SVP/Market Manager. On August 27h, at location to be announced, KOSI personalities and employees from Stinker Stores will distribute thousands of teddy bears to Denver area first responders. These include the Denver Police and Fire Departments and Denver area EMS organizations.
