KIRO and KYGO Win Marconi Awards

DALLAS–Bonneville stations KIRO and KYGO both won NAB Marconi Radio Awards. Seattle’s KIRO won for News/Talk Station of the Year and Denver’s KYGO won for Country Station of the Year. Bonneville station KBLX was nominated for Urban Station of the Year.

Winners were announced September 26, 2019 at the 30th annual NAB Marconi Radio Awards Dinner held at the Radio Show in Dallas, Texas.

Established in 1989 and named after inventor and Nobel Prize winner Guglielmo Marconi, the NAB Marconi Radio Awards are given to radio stations and outstanding on-air personalities to recognize excellence in radio.
