‘When Calls the Heart’ star Paul Greene says he texts Lori Loughlin, calls her ‘amazing’ and ‘incredible’

“When Calls the Heart” star Paul Greene said he’s still in contact with former co-star Lori Loughlin and he’s still offering support, Fox News reports.
Greene told Us Weekly that he talks to Loughlin “just through text messages … I send her a few more love hearts (to show her) that I’m thinking about her, and that I’m with her and that I’m her friend.”
- “She is the most incredible, amazing human being you’ve ever met in so many ways that it’s hard to even place what you’ve heard. All I know what to do is be loving and a consistent friend no matter what is even accused or found. That’s what a friend does. Especially when things get hard is when you need your friends.”
Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli were accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to help their daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Giannulli, become crew team recruits for the University of Southern California, which I reported on for the Deseret News.
The Hallmark Channel cut ties with Loughlin, which took her away from “When Calls the Heart” and other projects she had with the show.
Earlier in May, “When Calls the Heart” star Jack Wagner said he felt “five stages of grief” after what happened to Loughlin, according to my reporting for the Deseret News.
- “I can’t describe it any better than that,” Wagner said, according to Entertainment Tonight. “When you lose something or someone, I would describe it that way.”
