Spoilers! Chris Pratt shares ‘illegal’ on-set video from “Avengers: Endgame”

Marvel Studios is known for keeping its films under wraps — but that didn’t stop Chris Pratt from breaking the rules on-set.
Pratt, who stars as Star-Lord (or Peter Quill) in “Avengers: Endgame” and the “Guardians of the Galaxy” films, recently shared via Instagram an “illegal” behind-the-scenes video taken during production on the newest “Avengers” film, Fox News reports.
“I remember being blown away in this moment on the @avengers set. Nobody was allowed to film anything on their phones,” Pratt wrote in the video’s caption. “I said screw it. No rule was going to stop me from seizing this once in a lifetime opportunity to capture this collection of stars, a group that likely will never be in the same room again. We are so blessed.”
The post gives a background look at a pivotal scene in the final act of “Avengers: Endgame.”
(Warning: spoilers) After the Hulk, played by Mark Ruffalo, uses the Infinity Stones to reverse Thanos’ devastating snap from “Infinity War,” a time-displaced Thanos attacks Earth, leading to a massive battle featuring most of the franchise’s heroes.
Pratt’s video shows the movie’s cast — including Dave Bautista, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Holland, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo and Chris Evans — waiting on-set before filming. While most of the stars are out of costume, many are in makeup. Stand-ins for Nebula and Gamora — played by Karen Gillan and Zoe Saldana, respectively — can also be seen in full makeup and costumes.

Evans, who stars as Captain America, shared Pratt’s post on Twitter and joked he might have “stolen” videos too.
“Endgame” directors Joe and Anthony Russo have previously discussed their efforts to avoid leaks and spoilers, including giving Holland — who plays Spider-Man — just his lines instead of a traditional script.
The directors also shared a letter to fans on social media on April 16 encouraging them to avoid spoiling the experience for others.
