Mark Ruffalo says he filmed 5 endings for ‘Avengers: Endgame’ and he spoiled one of them

Mark Ruffalo isn’t sure what happens at the end of “Avengers: Endgame.”

Ruffalo, who plays Bruce Banner and the Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, told E! News that he filmed five different endings of the movie and he never received a script for “Endgame.”

“I shot like five different endings for this movie,” he said. “I didn’t even get a whole script to this movie.”

One of the endings included Captain America (Chris Evans) getting married, according to Insider.

Evans, who was also interviewed alongside Ruffalo and Karen Gillan, said that the producers had to film some odd scenes to keep Ruffalo away from film spoilers.

“Mark’s a real liability,” said Evans. “They have to throw Mark off the scent.”

He added, “You have earned no trust in the Marvel universe. You leak like a bodily function.”

Ruffalo has been on a press tour for “Avengers: Endgame.” He told Yahoo Entertainment that he filmed a death scene for Hulk in “Infinity War” and didn’t know what happened to his character until the end of the movie.
