KSL TV and KSL Radio win Murrow Awards

SALT LAKE CITY–KSL Radio and TV have reason to celebrate, with the announcement of the 2019 Edward R. Murrow awards. KSL Radio won two regional Murrow’s for Investigative Reporting and Excellence in Innovation, both for COLD: The Susan Powell Case Files. KSL TV won for Continuing Coverage on Safe Schools and Suicide Safeguards. 

“As with most things we do, both of these projects required a significant team effort,” said Tanya Vea, Vice Present/GM Bonneville Salt Lake. “The projects exemplify areas that make KSL distinct and are reflection of our brand promise. They are stories that shine light on difficult topics – domestic abuse and suicide – and help promote solutions to serious community issues.”
