Taylor Swift is up to something.
Swift posted an image to social media Saturday that showed a heart full of pink diamonds and the date “4.26,” which immediately fueled speculation that she’s releasing new music.
See the photo below.
And, according to E! News, her website now includes a countdown clock to April 26.
“In true Swift fashion, it was posted exactly 13 days before the final date. Thirteen is her lucky number,” according to E! News.
Swift has consistently been dropping photos and pictures to her social media accounts that take on a cloudy, dreamy, cotton candy undertone. When the posts first started appearing, there was speculation of a new album or a collaboration with Katy Perry. All of the Instagram posts fueled speculation on Twitter that her new album would take on a more positive theme.
Swift recently penned an essay for Elle magazine in which she talked about the countdown clocks.
“I make countdowns for things I’m excited about. When I’ve gone through dark, low times, I’ve always found a tiny bit of relief and hope in getting a countdown app (they’re free) and adding things I’m looking forward to,” she wrote.
“Even if they’re not big holidays or anything, it’s good to look toward the future,” she added. “Sometimes we can get overwhelmed in the now, and it’s good to get some perspective that life will always go on, to better things.”
We’re going to guess this probably isn’t about “Avengers: Endgame,” which drops April 26, too.
