Cardi B, Travis Scott and Migos banned from using vulgar language at Wireless Festival

A music festival in London has banned swearing and vulgar lyrics from its headlining artists, according to multiple reports.

Last year, the Wireless Festival was told it could only be hosted at Finsbury Park in North London if artists “do not sing or play any vulgar, obscene or banned songs or carry out indecent acts or make any vulgar gestures, actions or remarks during the performance,” according to The Guardian.

Tom Palin, the director of the Friends of Finsbury Park, said local residents “could not get any peace” last year for the festival. Some people even moved out because of the noise.

• “I remember last year when Travis Scott was performing and the windows at my friends’ house were shaking,” he said. “You could hear them jangling. The residents were adamant that something had to be done to stop the disturbance.”

Lineup: As Uproxx notes, the lineup for the event includes the following artists: On Friday, Cardi B and Migos will headline, along with Tory Lanez, Ella Mai, Tyga, Lil Skies, Bugzy Malone, Fredo, Maleek Berry, Headie One, IAMDDB, Maleek Berry, NSG and B Young.

On Saturday, Travis Scott and Future will headline, along with Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, Stefflon Don, Juice Wrld, Trippie Redd, Unknown T, Sheck Wes, Saweetie, Ambush Buzzworl, M Huncho, Steel Banglez and guests, Cadet, DigDat and Deno Driz.

On Sunday, ASAp Rocky will headline along with Rae Sremmurd, Lil Baby, Gunna, Not3s, AJ Tracey, Rich The Kid, Ski Mask The Slump God, Denzel Curry, D Block Europe, Loski, JID, Flohio, Russ Splash and Flohio.
