Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are engaged: ‘Proud to live boldly in faith with you’

Chris Pratt is engaged … again.

What happened: The “Guardians of the Galaxy” star announced his engagement to Katherine Schwarzenegger over the weekend in an Instagram post.

• “Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes!” the 39-year-old actor wrote. “I’m thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go!”

• Pratt, who has talked about his faith on a number of occasions, and Schwarzenegger reportedly have been dating for months. This is the first time they’ve made a social media appearance together.

Flashback: Pratt announced his separation from his ex-wife, Anna Faris, back in 2017. The two were married for eight years and have one child together, CNN reports.

Living in faith: A source told People magazine that Pratt and Schwarzenegger get along spiritually.

• “They’re very compatible and have a lot in common,” said the source. “Family is very important to both of them, as well as their spirituality.”

• The couple made headlines on July 30, 2018, after they were spotted kissing each other during a church date, The Huffington Post reported. They attended the church date with Pratt’s son, Jack.
