Clam and pickle candy canes? Here are all the weird, disgusting and delightful holiday candies for 2018

Dec 17, 2018

By Herb Scribner

Don’t worry about your Christmas candy selections being played out. There are plenty of new candies coming out this year.

Candystore.com recently revealed the new holiday season candy for 2018. Here’s a breakdown.

Candy canes: McPhee’s Mac and Cheese will be releasing mac and cheese-flavored candy canes.

  • There will also be pickle-, rotisserie chicken- and coal-flavored candy canes this holiday season.
  • Oh, and there’s clam-flavored canes. Ew.
  • See all the flavors here.

Hershey’s: As I reported before, Hershey’s will release hot cocoa-flavored kisses.

  • Hershey’s will also be partnering with Reese’s for a new Hershey bar with Reese’s Pieces, according to CandyStore.com. Yeah. Seriously. It dropped in late November.

Reese’s: Reese’s will be releasing an Advent calendar filled with candy snacks, too.

  • Reese’s candy that looks like the “South Park” character Mr. Hanky, the Christmas poo (it’s actually just a Christmas tree design) will also arrive, according to CandyStore.com.

More: Oreo will be releasing chocolate-covered Christmas Oreos, which are literally Oreos covered in chocolate.
