Tim Swift was appointed Executive Vice President, Strategy and Technology on August 7, 2023. In this role, Tim oversees data, engineering, and IT, and be responsible for spearheading Bonneville’s long-term strategy across the organization.

With a successful business career spanning over 25 years, prior to this appointment, Tim most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer at WideOrbit. In this role he led the client-facing operations for its media-specific enterprise software solutions, including WO Traffic, WO Network, WO Automation for Radio, WO Media Sales, and WO Payments.

Prior to WideOrbit, Tim served as Financial Controller and Director of Business Systems & Analytics at Bonneville International. He played a pivotal role in market acquisitions, launching a successful third-party sales strategy, and spearheaded implementations of ERP, FP&A, data warehousing, and BI systems.

Previously, Tim held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the early-stage startup Montclair Technology. He also served as an Owner and Company Director of a financial advisory firm, catering to high-value clients in his native Australia.

Tim holds an MBA from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Tim embraces a passion for life and pushing personal boundaries as evidenced in his various outdoor endurance adventures. He and his wife Tara, have 2 daughters.
